ipython.org

IPython is an open-source interactive computing environment for the Python programming language. It provides a command-line shell with features such as tab completion, magic commands for profiling and debugging, object introspection, command history, and shell integration. Since IPython 4.0, released in 2015, it serves as the Jupyter kernel and terminal interface, powering the Jupyter Notebook and JupyterLab. Created by Fernando Pérez in 2001, it is maintained by volunteers under Project Jupyter's community-driven governance.

3 funding or company-rank appearances are not included: those records do not provide comparable dated measurement pairs.
