These terms explain how you may use Risefinder's free public research pages. They are designed for the service that exists today: no user accounts, paid plans or transactions.
A simple agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Growth Insights Limited, the operator of Risefinder. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Risefinder currently provides free, public research and data pages. It does not offer user accounts, accept payments or execute transactions. If those features are introduced, additional terms may apply before you use them.
Public-source research
Risefinder compares observations from public sources. Those sources may be incomplete, delayed, revised or wrong. Coverage also differs by source: some pages compare a published universe, while others compare only the entities Risefinder has discovered and tracked.

Its rankings, scores, descriptions and links are general information only—not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. They are not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, fund or endorse anything. Historical movement does not predict future results.

You may use the public pages for your own research, evaluation and internal business decisions.

Larger reuse
Ask us before republishing a substantial part of the Risefinder database, operating a recurring data feed from it, or presenting our editorial work as part of your own product. Permission from Risefinder does not replace permission you may need from an original source.
Risefinder and its original design, software, selection, arrangement, editorial descriptions and analysis belong to Growth Insights Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
We do not claim ownership of underlying facts or of third-party names, logos, source material or other content that belongs to its respective owner.
Risefinder links to independent websites and public sources. A link is provided for context and does not mean we control, verify or endorse the linked service. Its content, availability, security and terms are the responsibility of its operator. Use external services at your own discretion and review their terms and privacy notices.
We welcome specific corrections. Email the page URL, the information you believe is inaccurate and supporting evidence to support@risefinder.co. We may verify the request with the original source before correcting, annotating or removing material.
Request a correction →We may add, correct, remove or reorganize data, pages, sources and features. We may also suspend or discontinue part or all of the free service. We do not promise that every source, page or historical record will always remain available or be updated on a fixed schedule.
Risefinder is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it and for decisions you make using it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that safeguard, Growth Insights Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or reliance on the site.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. New terms apply from their published date, not retroactively to a dispute that arose before then unless the law requires otherwise or we agree with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right applicable law gives you to bring a claim elsewhere.
