OnItem - Issue Forms for Confluence is a Confluence app by evolu software GmbH that lets users create Jira work items from within Confluence. It presents customizable forms whose fields can be reordered, renamed, described, hidden, or given default values, so people filling out the form do not need Jira knowledge. Forms can start from the default Jira form or be shaped to fit a team, and the resulting work items contain the information the team needs.
