Hillock is a local, gradient-free memory engine for AI applications that combines Hyperdimensional Computing, Hebbian plasticity, and a SQLite knowledge graph. It ingests documents, extracts facts into graph triples, and mathematically blocks questions it cannot answer before they reach a language model. It can be used through an OpenAI-compatible API server, a terminal console, or as a Python library, and is designed to run on edge hardware in under 1.2 GB of VRAM.
