SavedBy Package Protection
SavedBy Package Protection is a Shopify app that lets stores offer customers paid shipping protection at checkout. Customers can opt to protect their package against loss, theft, or damage; when an issue arises, the customer files a claim and can then re-order or receive a refund, with the money coming from SavedBy rather than the store. The app is free to install, and SavedBy collects a fee from the customer based on order value.
