TheRealYT/git-knife
A desktop GUI for editing git commit metadata: the message, the author, and both the author and the committer dates. Existing git interfaces reword and reorder commits well but treat dates as fixed, and the tools that can rewrite them, git-filter-repo and commit-tree, have no interface at all. git-knife covers that gap by shelling out to the system git and rebuilding each commit from its original tree, so file contents are provably never altered.
