This is a selection of qualifying observations, not a top-five ranking across unlike metrics. Each card links to its frozen RiseFinder comparison and the original platform page. The dates are the observed readings, not a claim about when growth began or what caused it.

The week label identifies when the edition was created. Each comparison spans 5–10 days of observed history, not necessarily a completed Monday–Sunday week.

  1. 01 / App chart position

NetShort - Popular Dramas & TV

NetShort is a mobile app for watching original vertical short dramas, with episodes lasting one to three minutes. It offers genres such as romance, revenge, mystery, and fantasy, with new episodes added daily. The app includes personalized recommendations, episode alerts, playback speed controls, and filters, and a paid subscription removes ads, enables HD playback, and allows offline downloads.

    Change in the recorded metric

    Climbed 64 positions, from 69 to 5

    Observed 2026-09-21 → 2026-09-28 UTC.

Limit: This is the best position across our tracked App Store charts, not necessarily the same country or chart at both readings. It does not show installs, active users or retention.

  2. 02 / GitHub stars

    superdesigndev/treg

Treg is a proxy and registry that gives AI agents access to external tools through a single base URL and token. It catalogs thousands of endpoints from many providers, such as SEO, social, enrichment, scraping, and image and video generation, billed per call, and also lets teams register their own API keys, CLIs, and skills. The proxy relays requests upstream and injects authentication server-side, so callers never hold credentials.

    Change in the recorded metric

    Rose from 1,742 to 3,606 stars (+1,864, 107%)

    Observed 2026-09-21 → 2026-09-28 UTC.

Limit: Stars can be bookmarks; they do not show production use or revenue.

  3. 03 / Package downloads

    @bivy/bivy

@bivy/bivy is an open-source, self-hostable remote development environment for running coding agents on machines you own. It connects your repos, tools, and agents to chat, a terminal, app previews, and code review from a phone or browser. Its workflow is to ask an agent for a change, open a live preview of the running app, mark up what needs fixing, and send that feedback back to the agent in the same session. Preview links can be shared so others can try the app and leave notes.

    Change in the recorded metric

    Rose from 4,265 to 15,088 weekly downloads (+10,823, 253.8%)

    Observed 2026-09-21 → 2026-09-28 UTC.

Limit: These are rolling seven-day download totals at two observation dates, not extra downloads counted between the dates. CI and other automation can contribute; these are not unique users.

  4. 04 / Model downloads

    XingChen-AGI/Xing4.0-29B-A4B

Xing4.0 29B A4B is a large language model in the Xing series, formerly TeleChat, developed by China Telecom Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. It has 29 billion total parameters with 4 billion activated per token and natively supports a 256K context length, extensible to 512K. Built on an mHC, MLA, and MTP architecture, it supports multiple step planning, tool calling, and complex reasoning, and can be served through an OpenAI compatible API or deployed with vLLM, SGLang, and KTransformers.

    Change in the recorded metric

    Rose from 12,617 to 45,028 downloads (+32,411, 256.9%)

    Observed 2026-09-21 → 2026-09-28 UTC.

Limit: These are the Hub's rolling download counts at two observation dates, not lifetime totals or extra downloads counted between the dates. Requests can include automation; the counts do not establish deployment or adoption.

  5. 05 / Marketplace installs

    Mermaid

Mermaid by Narva Software is a free Confluence Cloud app for creating diagrams from plain text. Users write diagrams in Mermaid.js syntax to produce flowcharts, sequence diagrams, UML, class, state, ER diagrams, Gantt charts, pie charts, and user journeys, which render natively in Confluence pages. It includes starter templates, a live preview, and matches Confluence's light and dark themes.

    Change in the recorded metric

    Rose from 275 to 361 installs (+86, 31.3%)

    Observed 2026-09-21 → 2026-09-28 UTC.

Limit: An install count does not show active or paying customers.

How to use this report

Investigate before interpreting

These are different measurements of attention or marketplace activity. They cannot be added into one score, and a larger percentage is not necessarily a stronger business signal. Open the original source, check whether the change persists, and look for independent evidence of use before drawing a conclusion.

We consider five source categories that RiseFinder already watches. Each needs a meaningful baseline and both an absolute and relative increase. After excluding entities in the last two published reports, we choose the largest qualifying relative change within each category; ties use the absolute change, then the entity key. A report appears only when at least three distinct categories qualify. This is an editorial selection, not exhaustive coverage of those platforms.
