How it works

Pick up to 50 companies. Your picks are private to your account.

A new US fundraising disclosure (Form D) earns 2 points. A first investment announced by a tracked VC earns 3. Milestones must occur and be observed after your pick.

Measured growth earns 1 point once: the same RiseFinder composite score rises between dated observations after your pick, using one formula version. Where available, a supported public source metric can also qualify. Lower ranks are better; rising counts are better. A completed, dated IPO or acquisition earns 10 points once.

The composite score measures relative public signals on a 0–100 scale. It is not a company valuation. Coverage varies; companies without qualifying history wait for evidence.

Initial imports, old discoveries, follow-ons from existing backers, amendments, undated events and same-day events earn no points.
