Where available, a supported public source metric can also qualify. Lower ranks are better; rising counts are better. A completed, dated IPO or acquisition earns 10 points once.

The composite score measures relative public signals on a 0–100 scale. It is not a company valuation. Coverage varies; companies without qualifying history wait for evidence.

Initial imports, old discoveries, follow-ons from existing backers, amendments, undated events and same-day events earn no points.
