How activity points work

Points track public activity after your pick: 2 for a new US fundraising disclosure (Form D), or 3 for a first investment announced by a tracked VC. A quiet company stays at zero until we find qualifying evidence.

All allocations are fictional. There is no real investment, ownership or cash return. Allocation size does not change your points, and points do not measure investment performance.

Which events count?

A new Form D offering earns 2 points. A genuinely dated first investment by a tracked VC earns 3 points. Both must occur after your pick and be captured afterward. Initial imports, old portfolio discoveries, follow-ons from existing backers, amendments, undated events and same-day events earn no points.
