01Day 7

reflex-dev/xy

Repository · seen by GitHub, HackerNews, npm / PyPI

A charting library for Python, from the team behind the Reflex web framework. It renders interactive charts directly from Python objects, so the analysis and the chart live in the same place instead of the data being handed to a JavaScript layer to draw. It ships on PyPI, and that is what makes the adoption measurable: a download is someone installing it into a project, a star is someone bookmarking it, and those two numbers have been moving in opposite directions here for two weeks.

Flagged 31 July 2026 · 1,007 → 1,894 stars · +88.1%
Signal

13,544 weekly downloads, up 21.4% in a day from 11,161, while stars did not move at all. Seventh straight appearance, and the gap between installing it and bookmarking it has never once closed.

TheRealYT/git-knife

Repository · seen by GitHub, HackerNews, Google Trends

A desktop GUI for editing git commit metadata: the message, the author, and both the author and the committer dates. Existing git interfaces reword and reorder commits well but treat dates as fixed, and the tools that can rewrite them, git-filter-repo and commit-tree, have no interface at all. git-knife covers that gap by shelling out to the system git and rebuilding each commit from its original tree, so file contents are provably never altered.

Flagged 14 August 2026 · 291 → 435 stars · +49.5%
Signal

Stars 237 to 291 in a day, up 22.8%, with 165 HackerNews points and 101 comments. Forks up 14.3% on the same day: the people who found it are taking the code away, not just reading it.

antigma.ai

Website · seen by Company rank data, Search volume, GitHub, HackerNews, OpenPageRank, Pricing page, Google Trends, Wikipedia

Antigma, a terminal harness for running AI coding agents, published as the repository AntigmaLabs/ante. The agent loop, the tool calls and the sandbox ship in a single binary rather than being assembled from separate services, so the whole run happens on one machine and can be inspected afterwards. For a tool of this kind the fork count is the number that carries information: forking means taking the code away to change it, which is a different act from starring it.

Flagged 14 August 2026 · 1 → 2.15 authority · +115%
Signal

Forks 34 to 50 in a day, up 47.1%, against stars up 14.5%. Forks growing three times faster than stars, and HackerNews has gone quiet at 1.8%, so the growth is running without a thread behind it.

How to read this

Method

Every riser shows the earlier and latest reading. Count-based signals also show their percentage change. Rankings show the number of positions climbed from the earlier position to the latest one; a lower position is better.

Funding rounds show disclosed amounts and targets. Company rank movement shows a third-party 90-day momentum signal, current position and observation date. Archived briefings preserve each day’s published signals and follow-ups.
